1. Please ensure your web browser is fully up-to-date and that your system meets our minimum requirements.
2. Disable hardware acceleration in your browser (instructions below):
Firefox - click the menu button (three lines) then choose ‘options’. Then if you scroll down until you get to the ‘Performance’ section and uncheck the ‘Use recommended performance settings’, this will make some more options appear, then uncheck the box for ‘Use hardware acceleration when available’.
Chrome - go to settings > click ‘advanced’ at bottom of page to expand settings menu > in the ‘System’ section turn off the ‘Use hardware acceleration when available’ option.
